Claudette Sears, Production Manager.

Claudette has been with IDG Research Services since 1987, providing top-notch information services and support to the research team. In her role Claudette juggles multiple tasks including scheduling, reporting, mailing/distribution, proof reading, coding, incentive fulfillment, and respondent support. Prior to joining IDG Research Services, Claudette was employed in the advertising field.
